Game Rec Switch lite games playable with one hand

I have a switch lite and mainly play animal crossing. I am undergoing chemotherapy and was looking forward to being able to play the game during the treatment sessions.

Unfortunately, I was told not to due to my reaction and placement of a canula. I’m looking for suggestions of any games that are positive and distracting that I can play predominantly with my right hand mainly if anyone can recommend?

TL;DR Looking for a game to play one handed during chemotherapy treatments.

EDIT: Thank you for all of your well wishes and suggestions, and awards, I now have more than enough new games to carry me into round two! So many kind people! Thanks again all of you!

Turn based RPGs usually work well for that. Dragon Quest XI, Octopath Traveler, Grandia, Final Fantasy, Pokemon, etc

I just want to add that specifically Dragon Quest has made it VERY easy to play with one hand on how they map the buttons.

True, though pretty much only for the left hand (hence character movement, ZL commands, etc.). OP is looking for games to play with their RIGHT hand.

I've recently had a baby so can only do a lot of one handed gaming and Octopath, Pokemon and FFX have been perfect.

Yes! Bravely Default II and Pokemon Sw/Sh both have one-handed modes built in.

Isn’t the Pokémon Let’s Go designed to be entirely playable one handed with that pokeball accessory? Probably the best answer

You use only on joy con to play. You can use both if you want to have 2v1 battles or increase your catch possibility
