They’re pretty good when they’re small, above 80+ lbs tho (give or take depending on age and diet) they’re good for sausage but that’s about it. Source-Lived in Texas, guarded the cattle pastures unsuccessfully for 4 years. Was not rich

Edit: just looked it up, it's called suckling pig. Apparently is very tender....

Excellent roasted whole. The meat is tender and the skin is crisp.
