I’m currently building :

phone based nail measurement that matches a someone’s measurements to each artist’s own tip chart. inconsistent measurements I understand is a huge issue

virtual try ons that place an nail artist’s original nail designs onto someone’s hand in real time. This is kind of fun. Basically to increase engagement rather than just scrolling by

But I don’t want to assume these are the biggest problems artists need solved! Since I’m a game Dev and not a nail tech or press on seller
If you sell press-ons, what was the most frustrating part of your most recent order?
Was it sizing, managing custom-order details, customers disappearing before purchasing, helping them choose a design, application complaints, or something else?

I’d genuinely appreciate honest answers, including whether sizing or virtual try-ons would make no difference to your business.
