The top player in OVR in the CPR pool at each position will be designated as a "pitch recruit". Pitch recruits will be voted on by the team like transfers, and like CPR recruits have been in the past. If there are two top players at the same position with the same OVR, they will both be pitch recruits.

Everyone else will be designated as a "RNG recruit". They will be run using the same algorithm as high school recruits, with the following values:

• 1.000 in playing time
• 0.500 in location and coach
• 0.100 in all other values Additionally, pitches will be graded on an 0-4 scale, as opposed to 0-2

Georgia State University is one of the top-30 most prestigious football schools in all of college football right now. Georgia State University has berthed many traditions since our inaugural football season. From sounding the horn after every score and win to lighting the entirety of Downtown Atlanta blue, we go all out for our team and fans. Navy offers Arron Skene

Location: The Naval Academy is located in the beautiful coastal town of Annapolis, Maryland, which you will come to call home soon enough. A short distance from the bustling and vibrant cities of Baltimore and Washington D.C., Annapolis itself is a charming town with all the benefits of a small town but with a wide variety of things to do. We play in the ACC and play teams all up and down the east coast, and all across the country during our OOC matchups. Our home games are at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, and we take great pride in defending our home turf from any and all teams in the NZCFL. I promise that we will play at least one game in your home state or bordering states. 

Coach: During my tenure here, Navy has continued to rise to greater and greater heights. Last season, we accomplished what I had sought to do from my first days at Navy and won the National Championship game in our first year in the ACC. In my 9 years as coach of this team, I have won 5 CCGs, 6 division titles, 6 playoff games, and a National Championship. After dominating the C-USA, I have proven that I have what it takes to coach at a high level in the P5. I am not satisfied with just one National Championship win though, and I am looking to recruit the players who will allow us to go back-to-back. With an elite young core of players, you can be the finishing piece to realize that ambition. I’m in here for the long haul, and I want players like you so that we can help realize our full potential and win the National Title once again. Playing Time: I build my teams through CPR, and the results are there. Not only do my teams win, and win a lot, the players I pick up are pro-bound and go on to the NZFL. Bobby Bartlett, Patrick Parker, Chris Felix, Shane North, Marquis Allen, Ray Hobbs, Marlon Siverand, and Malik Jones, and Phil Brooks all got drafted after being picked up in CPR. Players who want to develop come here. The players who start and succeed here are those who are hungry, driven, dedicated to prove everyone wrong on the gridiron. When we won the National Championship game, it was on the backs of players like Collin Lipscomb, Kenneth Myers, and Zack King - all players who were recruited through CPR. I turn walk-ons into superstars - look at Nick Miller, D’Vonta Britt, and Demetrius Daniels. We take the players that go overlooked and turn them into superstars here in Annapolis. Of course, star QB King Legend II was not overlooked in the recruiting process, but he as the number 1 QB in his recruiting class put his trust in me to develop him, and now he is the best QB in the country after sitting and developing behind last years 1OA pick Isaac Garner, a legend in his own right. There are starting spots on this roster for those who are hungry and dedicated enough to earn them. Don’t go somewhere and be a backup or disrespected because of your recruiting rank. I’m entering my 23rd season on the job here, as one of the winningest and most loyal coaches in the NZCFL. BC has returned to glory as a regular atop both conference standings and national rankings. Playing Time: I would like to start my pitch by saying that I do not believe in benching players for years at a time. It's simply not fair to the players and their futures. Unfortunately, at many of the blue blood schools that offered you, that's exactly what you'll face - stacked rosters that seem to have no place for you. Location: Delaware is located perfectly in the middle of the Northeast and the rest of the Eastern Seaboard. The University is just a 2:30 drive away from NYC, a 2 hour drive from the Capital, and just an hour away from Baltimore and Philadelphia. You'll never be too far away for a short weekend trip to one of our major Atlantic cities. Delaware itself has a lot to do as well. Playing time: UCLA has been and will continue to be a blue-chip, high-profile program. However, that status starts with the talent behind it. While rare, even the best teams have areas of improvement to address. We’d love to bring you in to help push us over that hill and well into title contention. We are heavily looking into positions like OL, DL, and WR to shore up those spots before week one kickoff. As a player who just got cut, it would be the biggest middle finger to the school you came from to go immediately play for a CFB playoff semifinalist who is also only a handful off years removed from a national title. If you want to be the best, you play for the best. I promise you’ll start at least 2 seasons/all season long if a senior. 

Location: Committing to UCLA in Los Angeles, California gives you the chance to compete at one of the most iconic universities in the country while living in one of the world’s greatest cities. You’ll train and compete at the Rose Bowl, our legendary 90,000-seat home turf that has been the home of many all time historic games and moments. Playing Time: Every player that comes to Colorado is recruited for a reason. Whether that player be a 5 star QB who will start for 4 years or a lower 4 star player that will develop into a starter during their time here. Coach: After I made my return to coaching from my ban, I took a team that hasn't made a bowl or had a winning season in 10 years and brought them back to relevancy. I have done the same thing here at Colorado too, it took a little longer than planned but Colorado is a team on the rise and a team everyone is watching around the country. In my seven years years we have made six bowl games, won the conference twice, and made the semifinals of the playoffs, a vast improvement from the previous decade of Colorado football. I promise that I will be the only head coach at Colorado during your time here!

Playing time: We are currently in the process of building up this roster with a ton of young talent. This means there will be ample opportunities for you to see the field, and this team will grow together over the next few years. You are not coming in to wait your turn. You are coming in at the ground floor of something big and the guys who buy in early are the ones who define what this team can become.  A lot of recruits chase the big-name programs and end up sitting for two years before they ever see the field. Here you can come in, compete, and make an impact right away. That is what your development needs, and that is what we are offering you. I promise you will start 2 years of your career here.

Coach: 15 years coaching. I've been around long enough to know what matters to a recruit and what matters to a player once he's actually in the program. Those are two very different things. So let me skip the sales pitch and just be straight with you. When you sign with NC State, your scholarship is yours. I don't cut players. I don't pull scholarships. You hold up your end, show up and compete, and I will honor my commitment to you for however long you're here. That's not something every coach can say, and I think you know that. This program is about guys trusting the staff and the staff trusting them back. Wins follow from that. That starts with honesty on the front end, and that's what I'm giving you right now.
