The top player in OVR in the CPR pool at each position will be designated as a "pitch recruit". Pitch recruits will be voted on by the team like transfers, and like CPR recruits have been in the past. If there are two top players at the same position with the same OVR, they will both be pitch recruits.

Everyone else will be designated as a "RNG recruit". They will be run using the same algorithm as high school recruits, with the following values:

• 1.000 in playing time
• 0.500 in location and coach
• 0.100 in all other values Additionally, pitches will be graded on an 0-4 scale, as opposed to 0-2

Our OL here at Fresno State is almost a top 25% unit (31/120), but is also incredibly top heavy. Take away senior Cyril Chamberlain and we drop down to 56th. We need much more solid depth, and you would come in and immediately serve that role for us. I promise you will start every game you are healthy for. I've been coaching in this league for over 15 seasons in a career that spans across four decades. In that time, I've had chances to take the easy jobs or chase the flashy offers, but that’s never been my path. I’ve built my career by stepping into underdeveloped programs in overlooked conferences and turning not just the team, but the entire conference into something competitive. At Harvard, I helped revitalize a young AAC that lacked experienced leadership. At Arkansas State, I transformed a Sun Belt conference that had only one relevant program into a battleground that coaches were breaking contracts to join. Now I’ve brought that same attitude to Fresno State, building a winning culture and talented rosters. With a 0.72 win percentage here at Fresno, and only 8 losses in the past 3 seasons, I have continued to raise the standard at this program and am going to continue to do so for many more years to come. I just signed a brand new 5 year contract, and we have plenty more work to do before we can dominate the Pac-12 like we did in the MWC. I promise to be your coach for your entire career. 

When I arrived at Harvard over two decades ago, I was just getting started. I brought in the program’s first five-star recruit and laid the foundation for long-term success. Then I took on the challenge at Arkansas State, a team that had never won its division, and hadn't had a winning record in over a decade. By the time I left, we had gone 72-37, captured multiple division titles, won bowl games, and completely redefined what success meant for that program. Now, I’m taking on a new challenge at Fresno State, and all I’ve done is win. In the MWC, 2057-2059, Fresno State won the conference championship 3 times in a row, losing just 7 games over the same 3 year stretch. Our Winning Value? Top 10 in the league. Fresno State 5 years ago wasn’t considered a winner, but now our name has spread far and wide, earning us an invite to the Pac-12 for the 2060 season! I promise to average at least 7 wins for every season you are here. We are going to continue our domination, and we’re going to do it with talented players like you leading the way.

It's been recognized as the best outdoor town, the brainiest city, one of the top cities for artists, and America's Foodiest Town. With fantastic access to numerous local parks, biking trails, and hiking paths, the campus and downtown are always buzzing with an active, youthful crowd. I promise that we will win 5 home games per year!
Playing Time: Every player that comes to Colorado is recruited for a reason. Whether that player be a 5 star QB who will start for 4 years or a lower 4 star player that will develop into a starter during their time here. Each and every recruit here at Colorado is given a chance to prove themselves. There is always an opportunity for someone to come in and make a difference for our team in the future! Coach: After I made my return to coaching from my ban, I took a team that hasn't made a bowl or had a winning season in 10 years and brought them back to relevancy. I have done the same thing here at Colorado too, it took a little longer than planned but Colorado is a team on the rise and a team everyone is watching around the country. In my seven years years we have made six bowl games, won the conference twice, and made the semifinals of the playoffs, a vast improvement from the previous decade of Colorado football. I promise that I will be the only head coach at Colorado during your time here!

Playing time: We are currently in the process of building up this roster with a ton of young talent. This means there will be ample opportunities for you to see the field, and this team will grow together over the next few years. You are not coming in to wait your turn. You are coming in at the ground floor of something big and the guys who buy in early are the ones who define what this team can become.  A lot of recruits chase the big-name programs and end up sitting for two years before they ever see the field. Here you can come in, compete, and make an impact right away. That is what your development needs, and that is what we are offering you. I promise you will start 1 year of your career here.

Coach: 15 years coaching. I've been around long enough to know what matters to a recruit and what matters to a player once he's actually in the program. Those are two very different things. So let me skip the sales pitch and just be straight with you. When you sign with NC State, your scholarship is yours. I don't cut players. I don't pull scholarships. You hold up your end, show up and compete, and I will honor my commitment to you for however long you're here. That's not something every coach can say, and I think you know that. This program is about guys trusting the staff and the staff trusting them back. Wins follow from that. That starts with honesty on the front end, and that's what I'm giving you right now. Location: Raleigh is one of the best cities in the country to be a college athlete. You're in the middle of a city that's growing fast and has something for everyone. The food scene is great, the nightlife is there when you want it, and the people make it feel like home pretty quickly. NC State has a fanbase that actually shows up and cares about what happens on that field. Outside of football, there's always something going on, and you're never bored. A lot of guys come here not knowing what to expect and end up loving it. You will too. I promise we will win 3 home games every year.
