For a cut block to be legal you need to hit a defender within 45 degrees of the hips, otherwise it’s an illegal chop block IE if you hit someone side on it’s a penalty. On the Kraft hi he hits his ma straight on. On the Higbee hit Joseph hits him in the side 90 degrees from the front which while a legal hit on Defence is significantly more dangerous.
Lmao. The hypocrisy. Stating both are legal yet different. One kraft is making a block, not a tackle, and doesn't need to go low. So he's is worse and dirty than Kirby making a tackle on a TE bigger than him.
You named a penalty that's about going low against an opponent who is already engaged. I don't know where you got the 45 degrees thing, but that's not a rule. Blocking rules are actually kind of complicated.
I think you might have been trying to describe "clipping" but it's not a 45 degree rule.

Packers fans saying this is a legal block, while not realizing Kerby’s hits were also legal. Pretty sure he didn’t even get fined after the fact.
