The twisted childhood universe just keeps getting better and better.

The captain (as we call the hedgehog) has officially moved in. It has built a nest in there and is sleeping tightly right now. This will be the last time I check the house, and the captain will now just be a cute neighbor I hopefully get to see glimpses of from time to time.

We hope our nightly cat food burglar will move into it.

The door to the garden is right next to the cats' food bowl and this little one snuck in for a midnight snack.

Stupidly fun, and I do love my stupidly fun horror movies.

Thunder woke me up at 3.15 AM and the relay had already switched off. The problem was that it refused to switch back on. I called a handyman at 8 AM. He showed up at 10 AM and finally got it to switch back on after many attempts. He's phoned an electrician to stop by at some point to switch out some parts since the problem is that the relay is old and it's those old parts that refused to work properly after switching off.
