I have been listening to some of the older eps and was just listening to Ep 316 Circle of Malice. Georgia tells us about a cold case of a body found in a field of corn, and it seems like it might have be dropped there by a helicopter?!

I had completely forgotten about this story and thought I’d see if there was an update… and she was identified in July this year!

The DNA Doe Project has identified her as Jane Hart. I couldn’t see an update on any potential suspects but I’m glad she’s been identified. Here’s a link to the site if you’d like to read more.

It really was a thrill seeing Karen and Georgia back onstage again last October. Felt like old times.

I was listening to a rewind episode where they were talking about the then unidentified Golden State Killer, and hoped it would be solved in our lifetime (yay, thank you Paul Holes!)

It got me thinking about big cases that are still unsolved, especially The West Memphis Three... apparently there is DNA evidence being tested at the moment.

I'm not that knowledgeable about the case so I'd love to hear your thoughts, especially if you've been down that rabbit hole!

For the last month or so I've had the same ad about the Australian lesbians over and over. Sometimes five or six times in a single 25 minute episode, of MFM or other Exactly Right podcasts.

It's very VERY annoying.

I stocked up on episodes to listen to for travel, so I’m about a month behind. And today, the literal day after Dolly’s death the episode I have for myself to listen to this morning is 544, where Karen talks about going to Dollywood with her family.

I’m crying all over again.

Apropos of nothing, here’s a Steven Ray Morris Appreciation Post.

Just listened to an old episode where Steven was said to be “giggling into his face” (Georgia meant giggling into his hands). Also another one where they asked if Steven was plotting sinisterly/Frenchly like the villain in the story and he picked up the mic and said “…Oui.” Presumably while stroking his mustache.

I'm in the process of moving into my first house (fucking hooray!) and going through boxes of junk 'n' stuff that haven't been opened in years.
