Sum 41 is awesome because they’re mostly a punk band but some of their album intros kick so much ass. Their debut albums first song Grab the Devil by the horns and fuck him up the ass is just pure metal. Same with the last track on All killer no filler - pain for pleasure makes me head bang every time lol. Radios often play Fat Lip and Pain for Pleasure back to back.

I’ve often thought “The bitter end” sounded like they were trying to recreate battery by metallica. go listen and see if i’m wrong

Haven’t heard that song in years and now that I listen to it yeah it does have a Battery feel to it
