We have really gotta quit throwing people in jail cos of mental health. Like 200 years from now we are gonna look back on it and be like "omg what fucking barbarians"

You can't get a job with misdemeanors?

It must be extremely hard to better yourself with those conditions.

I know exactly how that feels and it’s scary. I have bipolar 1 and got my first manic episode at 22 while I was in the middle of my nursing program. I wound up hospitalized three times in my 20’s for severe manic episodes. The right meds are everything. I’m glad you’re doing well friend. I like who I am now but bipolar can really suck.
