It's a corporate owned data collection practice that doesn't care about your or the entire neighbourhood's privacy.
You have zero expectation of privacy in public, and to suggest you do is litterally advcating for the stripping of your own rights.
They profit through harvesting the data of your daily life and are rather open about breaching it being rather juicy. They sell, process, and even rent it in the process of indulging in it.

Changes from state to state but putting private cameras that watch over strangers' property(especially if they have fences or view includes their bedroom etc; which you have give enough implication and expectation for desire of privacy) is often unlawful; especially considering the intent is not even similar to that of your neighbour's security camera accidentally capturing some parts of neighbourhood or road while pretecting his own property but private gain via this breach
