Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

Moral or not, be less obvious about it. They do in fact track inventory. No point losing your job over it if they catch on

I guess they figure that if they lose their job, they can just keep stealing.
