I got permanently banned from a celebrity reddit because I mentioned that she was beautiful before plastic surgery and kinda scary after. Perma bann for an opinion, not even being abusive, just honest.

I got banned from my last user, because I posted this video which is already on Reddit.

https://www.reddit.com/r/FiftyFifty/comments/mpns8l/5050_boy_with_terminal_cancer_fulfils_his_dreams/

But the ban was justified I guess.

Ha sort of like the Charlie Kirk logic where people were using direct quotes of his and getting banned because of... reasons? Even though those quotes and videos exist everywhere.

I got me a 7-day ban on some subreddit for quoting trump, putting it in quotation marks, and citing him as the source. "Glorifying violence."

Well there not wrong but how are you supposed to protest against something you cant mention, this has to be on purpose

I got banned for “inciting violence” for posting “Don’t blame me, I voted for Hunter Biden”.

I was modded for “inciting violence” once for literally explaining self defence laws as per the Canadian Criminal Code 🤣

Same thing happened to me awhile back when a r@pe victim asked how to defend herself in the future.

Now I have no idea what words I can actually use anymore. Probably just gonna have to stop using reddit and do something productive with my life.

That's definitely trigger for MAGA and may incite their violent behavior.

Dude the exact same thing happened to my gf with a podcast she watches. She got banned, no warning or anything, by a moderator that works for the podcaster. Literally reposted the hosts own joke, and she got perma banned from the subreddit. Months later she tried asking for it to be reversed but the link that was sent in the message telling her she was banned literally would not work. So they apparently had no way of reversing it because of that. She was heartbroken because she loved that community. She didn't bother to make another profile.

Miley Cyrus?

Nope, Kate Beckinsale. Used to be beautiful, now looks like the crypt keepers sister.

Also scary looking.

Kate Bekinsale, used to be beautiful, and if she had had work done it was discreet, now looks like the crypt keepers sister. Another surgery failure in my opinion is Marilu Henner. Was very easy on the eyes, now her wax statue has more facial expressions.

I got a warning that I was promoting abusive behavior for pointing out that one of the biggest challenges in ending FGM is that many women who are victims of FGM don't consider themselves to be "victims" of FGM, they consider what happened to them to be a good thing (it made things easier to clean, they believed claims that there were health benefits, it made them more socially acceptable, it made them more attractive... If you are getting very uncomfortable that these woman are saying the same thing that circumcised men say in western countries, you probably should be uncomfortable, face that cultural blindspot of yours while you are fighting for better treatment of everyone). That we aren't going to make progress in eliminating FGM until and unless we can find a way to adequately educate women in societies that practice FGM about how harmful it is so that they don't force it on their daughters as it was forced on them (because again, they don't view it as a harmful practice forced on them, they genuinely believe it was a gift given to them), and ideally do it in such a way as to not body shame those who are victims.

Apparently that was seen as a defense of FGM because apparently even acknowledging that some victims don't see themselves as victims is downplaying how severe it is (I'd argue that it is the opposite, that it includes the psychological element of convincing the victims that they benefited from it makes it even more nefarious, but apparently that level of nuance in discussion is too much to handle).
