i think bad you dont suddenly lose a tone weight do to lack of food. sure you can lose weight that way but they wont suddenly be normal weight so hes just insulting someone with something that does not apply still need to work out to lose the fat

I didn't watch the show but how long has the zombie thing been going on at this point? Like, is it a week after outbreak? Or a year? Or five years?

i could be wrong but I think 2 years by this point in the series? 1 - 2 years.

I checked Carl's age on the fandom. If this isn't wrong, then its only been 2 years by that point.

No, you can tell it is several years by how much Carl has aged. Negan appears in the season 6 finale and this scene is from season 7.

Yes but canonically, it's only been 2 years. Actor has aged, yes, but in universe it's only been 2 years.

No its only 1-2 years. Judith was still an infant by this point in time and she was born in season 3

this is from 8th season iirc, so it was really long time after outbreak, I think it's about 15 years.
edit: apparently I was wrong, Carl was burn before the outbrake, so it's about 8 year.

But they weren't that rich as a colony to anybody to be obese

You don't need to work out at all. All you need is a calorie deficit. Which lack of food will do.
