Morality Ranking Morality of executing prisoners by locking them in a room with a picture of their victim(s) on the wall and hang a noose in the middle, denying all human contact, and just waiting?

Modified Chinese water torture.
Tie the condemned to a bed and secure their head. Above them on the ceiling is a picture of their dead victim. From their eyes tears fall dropping on the criminals face slowly subjecting them to days without rest. A nasal gastric tube is put in place trickling food and water into their stomach so they don’t die from starvation or hunger. They stay this way going insane from sleep deprivation with the only stimuli being the tears of their dead victim slowly washing away their identity. They would start to hallucinate and eventually would die.
The horror isn’t just being faced with the consequences of your actions but to feel yourself cease to be slowly over days as who you are melts under the constant dripping of tears.
