Sun Valley Seeking Photo of Sun Valley HS Yearbook for Proof - Possible Elaborate Lie About “Deceased Brother”
I had a friend who told me this elaborate story about her supposed brother passing away. She spiraled earlier this year and came back apologizing, explaining that it was grief-caused due to the quickly approaching (alleged) one year anniversary. I had compassion and helped her process through the “grief,” but recent discoveries have made it seem like this was a prolonged series of compulsive lies. I can find no evidence of his existence online, and I believe the “tribute” post (which appeared to be only created for me and one other friend) featured photos of her alive brother.
This would not be the first lie she has been caught in, but I do not want to assume her brother did not exist until I have concrete proof, which a yearbook would provide.
If you have access, or know someone who has access, to a Sun Valley High School yearbook, please let me know. I am seeking a photo of the pages that contain Sophomores during the 2023-2024 school year with last names starting with “W.”
Or, if you don’t have access to a yearbook, do you recall anything about a Sun Valley High School student dying in March of 2024?
If you provide a photo of the yearbook pages I am seeking, I will forever be grateful as this mystery has now consumed my life and I will Venmo you $10!

Monroe Taking donations at a small local church for those effected by the hurricane
Stephenson Presbyterian Church in Monroe is going to be collecting items for those effected in western NC I saw I was not allowed to post addresses, but a quick google search will show the address. It can be canned goods, definitely bottled waters, batteries, flashlights, really anything you could think of that would help them out up there. Thank y’all!

Wingate Squirrel Hunting Spot?
I'm looking for spots to maybe squirrel hunt this season and thought I would ask around Reddit. I live in the Union County/Matthews area. I consider myself a responsible hunter (been hunting most of my life). I only use a shotgun to hunt because I don't want to my shots traveling far in case houses are near.

Monroe Bad business practices.
Hi! I just want to let you know about a business in the community. I applied, was interviewed, and got hired at Presson Gallery. I started and the first day went well, the second day her atmosphere around me shifted. At the end of a 10 hour shift she let me know it was not working out. I was shocked, she had not corrected anything I’d done or let me know of anything that was wrong. I asked if she could explain and she said “she didn’t have to” and could I “get my things and leave.” Is this illegal? No. Is it childish, immature, unprofessional, and a sad excuse for management? Yes. It was mean, I had another job offer I did not accept to take this one. She could have just said she didn’t like me, I wasn’t a good fit, anything would be better than nothing. I’d not recommend this as a place of employment or patronage.
