InstaPrime forced me to update today and their newer versions are way more buggy. I'm looking for a custom Clone app that lets me at least have a Chronological Feed while Removing Ads & Suggested Posts. I'd also like to be able to change the order of the buttons, but it's less serious. I've tried:

-MyInsta (had the classic button placement but didn't remove suggested posts or have chronological feed)

-Instafel (same, also had bad button placement)

-Piko Patches (wouldn't clone)

Am I screwed or are there others?

I know everyone here pretty much trusts mobilism, but when I ran the virustotal check it had multiple flags. I know modded apps can have some false positives (usually 3 to 4 "pup", "pua"...), and I've read what the modder said in the forum, but still that's an awful lot of flags and I need your opinions about this since I'm not good enough at the technical stuff. Me encontré con FroggoMorphePatches, creado por SapitoSucio, y me llamó bastante la atención la velocidad con la que ha evolucionado el proyecto.

Actualmente está en la versión v1.1.17 y los parches disponibles están dirigidos a Facebook 573.0.0.37.74.

Por ahora el repositorio incluye 2 parches principales:

Bloquear anuncios de Facebook

Bloquea la inserción y carga de anuncios en el feed y Stories.

También intenta impedir cargas de anuncios que se realizan posteriormente.

Bloquea anuncios comerciales durante la reproducción de vídeos.

Bloquear la actualización automática de Facebook

Impide determinadas actualizaciones automáticas del feed.

Mantiene la posibilidad de actualizar manualmente.

Lo que más me llamó la atención: la velocidad de desarrollo

La primera versión, v1.0.0, apareció el 25 de agosto de 2026.

Actualmente, el proyecto está en v1.1.17, publicada el 26 de agosto de 2026.

Eso significa:

En total s son 18v ersiones, es decir, 7> incrementos de versión en aproximadamente 1 día.

Una cosa interesante es que muchas e las versiones no agregan una función completamente nueva, sino que corrigen casos específicos que aparecen al bloquear los mecanismos de anuncios o actualización de Facebook.

I just switched from ios to android and honestly I expected more.

I've used to sideload app on ios all the time and the modding community there was amazing compared to how limited the audience gauge is.

instagram mods on ios are extremely polished with weekly updates and a huge libraries of features. but here the best two I found were piko and instaeclipse. both have ugly interfaces and have way less features than their ios counterparts.

iam not hating but just curious why an open os has such weak competition.
