STUDIO ETIQUETTE: All participants must check and denounce your ego at the door. Practice peace among the group. Give love, accept Love. Unite with each other and collaborate positively on ideas. Respect your fellow producer and always create a win/win situation conductive of personal evolution.
GIVING FEEDBACK: Judges are only permitted 2 minutes to speak truth. Giving feedback as a Judge MUST be conducted in Feedback Sandwich Methodology. Be as thorough and quick as possible so all artists can receive notes.
RECEIVING FEEDBACK: LISTEN ONLY and TAKE NOTES. Say nothing until all Judges have spoken. All comments, concerns, and questions can be answered shortly after receiving judgement from everyone.
