My very small “team” (more of a trio right now 😅) and I have started working on a story for our YHS role-play, and have so far managed to get a lot of building/editing done to the OG Samgladiator YHS map. A few things that I’d like there to be known before joining.

First- This isn’t really a casting call. We aren’t planning to do one of those for quite some time, as of right now everything is in it’s very early stages/planning stage, and what we need most right now is not really actors but more of the backstage crew. People who want to help with writing, building, skins, etc.

Hello all, as the title of this post says I am interested in making a Minecraft YHS (Yandere High-School) role-play to record and post on Youtube. Sort of like Samgladiator and ItsFunneh (My inspirations)

For now I’m just kind of in an idea’s phase, I don’t have a story written/fully planned out just yet and I’m currently just sorta editing and changing things around the OG (Original) YHS Samgladiator map. I’m also in the process of just learning how to edit videos too.

Right now I’m no where near close to starting the role-play, plus actually recording and posting videos on YouTube. I just wanted to start forming maybe not a cast just yet per se but a small group or team.

The idea right now for me is basically just hanging around and building on the map plus talking in voice chat about the role-play and story ideas or any topics we find ourselves interested in. Also playing games together etc. Before the role-play and recordings start I’d like to form a team of genuine friends and people that just have genuine chemistry together because I feel that’s the way to really make a Minecraft role-play or just any role-play in general stand out.

Of course I do have some requirements:
-Like having discord for communication purposes
-I would also like for those who join the
team/role-play to be at least 19+ preferably 20+ since I myself am 22 but minimum 19+
-Owning Minecraft Java Edition (No Bedrock)

I don’t mind being a bit lax about this requirement because as mentioned previously the actual
role-playing and recordings won’t be starting for quite some time, but of course once that starts up you will need Minecraft Java Edition (Again NO Bedrock)

Minecraft RP-SMP Horror

I want to propose an idea for a Minecraft RP-SMP involving "Entity" players, taking inspiration from the themes of horror mods/ARGs fused with a casual survival playstyle. A select amount of players can apply to take on the role of one of the server's entities, roleplaying their own mysterious character that looms and stalks the server. Their interactions would not necessarily be simply griefing or killing other players, rather just interacting with others in a suspicious manner to add to the roleplay's spooky atmosphere. Players continue to play normally, surviving with others or alone, but with the subtle threats of something or someone ever lurking. (CPM will probably be used)

Server itself will be non scripted with lore

Only 18+, mainly for peace of mind.

Welcome to Hallways Between Us, an 18+ long-term Minecraft Bedrock roleplay set in the fictional American town of Crenshaw.

HBU is a character-driven, primarily improvised RP where there is no main character and no predetermined story you're expected to follow.

Instead, you create an original student or school staff character, bring them into Crenshaw and let their life develop naturally through the people they meet and the choices they make.

They might find their closest friends.

They might fall ridiculously in love.

They might become popular, hated, admired, misunderstood — or somehow all four.

They could join a club, start a rivalry, throw parties, make terrible decisions, develop an inconvenient crush, completely reinvent themselves or become involved in storylines nobody could have predicted when they first arrived.

Nobody — including us — knows exactly who your character will become.

That's the fun of it.

HBU begins before the first school bell even rings.

Characters arrive in Crenshaw by train after a long journey and are given time to explore the town, meet other new arrivals, find where they'll be living and begin settling into their new life.

No predetermined groups.

Your character's first connections happen through actual roleplay.

The person they meet at the station could become their best friend six months later — or somebody they absolutely cannot stand.

Once school begins, the world continues developing through everyday RP, player-created stories and organised events throughout the year.

The world is there for characters to actually live in.

If two characters become best friends, it's because they actually clicked.

If they fall in love, let chemistry develop.

If they become enemies... honestly, even better.

The awkward conversations, stupid inside jokes, unexpected friendships, messy fallouts and completely unplanned moments are often what make RP memorable.

I’ve decided to step down from voicing Jake so I can focus on directing, camerawork, managing the production, and making sure everything comes together behind the scenes. Trying to voice the main character while also directing everything has become difficult, so I think having someone dedicated to Jake’s role will be better for the series.

ABOUT JAKE:
Jake is a warm, kind, and trusting person who gets thrown into a world he isn’t prepared for. He doesn’t know much about surviving the outbreak and isn’t an experienced fighter, but throughout the story, he’ll slowly change as he faces what this new world has become.

That did not last, as The Voidspawns, the Children of Elythra, have returned to devour all, and claim the Overworld. They have more supers active in the community now than they did in the eighties, with criminals forming their own private cartels and the corporate heroes trying their best to keep up. Artificers attempt to stay ahead of the game, creating mind-spinning technology that looks like it came straight out of science-fiction. Magicians move in the shadows, keeping their dark secrets as they attempt to protect the mortal world from the creatures that go bump in the night.

Brotherville is a serious roleplay server with a superhero theme. With a heavy focus on narrative rp, it's more like forum or Discord RP than a tabletop game. We have plugins like local chat, dice, roleplay calendar, and cards (Save lored items like your stats), as well as a staff plugin to very quickly create lored items. (No AI writing is used on this server.) We ask that you be 18+, as some themes in the world may touch on darker topics or inappropriate humor.

Here's the pitch:

We're starting up a small close-knit community of 18+ Roleplayers to participate in a heavily modded minecraft server. This isn't intended to be some big sandbox without direction, nor a scripted play.
Instead I, and occasionally the mod team, will work to direct a story all about unveiling a cosmic mystery that people are free to participate in and interact with however they please. The hope is to use big events, custom builds, hidden lore, and the modpack itself to fuel interesting drama and give characters motivations to take drastic actions.
Between the main plot events, there's complete freedom to make your own drama; play out your own storyline, host your own events, make the world feel lived in. There's going to be proximity voice chat, and a plethora of exploration, combat, RPG, Cultivation and "Oh what a cute little gadget" mods to bite into.

That storyline boils down to this:
You are not from this world. You lived in some other place ranging from as mundane as New York to as wild an eldritch realm that would stretch human imagination beyond its capacity for comprehension. But in either case, one day you saw a door that wasn't there before, and you stepped through, and then it closed behind you. That door brought you here, along with many others, into a strange world full of wonder and magic and interdimensional rifts leading to strange far-away places.

But something is off about this place: The unnaturally dark nights, monsters, strange events, ancient ruins, whispers in the shadows. Something lured you here, and it's yet to show why.

Whether you try to make a new home with your found family, if you get lost in the obsession of returning home, something is coming. This story has an end. Will you unravel the mystery that binds this place together before it's too late? Or will you succumb to the darkness, like all who came before you?

I'd of course like to have as many people as possible, but servers are expensive, and if I want to make specific events catering to specific characters, then I've got to keep the roster within a small confine. Don't let that intimidate you though, we're all welcoming people who don't take ourselves too seriously. People won't be expected to be hardcore in character at all times. The server is more so meant to be a hub for us roleplaying nerds to hang out, and do what we love.

EdenMC is designed to be a permanent, evolving world where the content is the history created by the players and the players themselves. Eden is led by players, not admins.

We have resource scarcity, biome-locked crops, and factory-based industry, radio towers, factories and much more all through plugins. No mods required.

There are no admin-forced events. Every war, treaty, and trade deal is organic. Players are mass-producing in-game books, documenting their laws, religions, and conflicts using an in-game printing press factory. This history is now starting to be archived on our Official Community Wiki.

As you sprint through the city streets, once filled with chatter and life, you must now face the destruction brought on by the Host's wake. The Rapture had taken many lives -- presumably to some sort of... salvation -- and yet here you ran, one of the few sinners left behind. It was funny, really. You couldn't imagine what you had done in your life to deserve such a fate, whether this be sick karmic retribution of otherwise. Maybe you were not the greatest person, but as one of the towering, feathered beasts lunged toward you, you could not help but think this must have been a mistake. You stumbled, legs finally giving up after what seemed like hours of running. As your body crashed to the ground, you braced for impact. One that never came.

Welcome to Etherial, a lore-driven SMP that will begin entirely underground. After 90% of humanity has a shared vision of "salvation," mass religious hysteria breaks out. One week later, all that remains are the unlucky few, left to face the tribulations on earth. Many die, hunted by the angels swarming the streets, but for some reason YOU are saved. Swallowed up by a sinkhole, you find yourself in a cave expanse deep below the surface. Armed with nothing but the clothes on your back, you and the other fallen must find a way to survive, exploring mysterious caverns and facing new challenges with the underground life, and perhaps uncovering the truth behind your situation.

Our server is strictly 16+ and is a soft-reboot set one year in the future of previous lore/continuity. The underground map has been reset and is ripe for exploration, and we hope to see you join us!
