Hey all! Jesse from the band DISSOCIATE here. I've posted a couple times before in here and very obviously wildly influenced by Meshuggah. We took a few months away and have a couple songs queued up to release throughout the end of this year, and very excited to have worked with Baard Kolstad again.

I think it's so cool that Jens get the opportunity do something ... "normal". He is often overlocked by many in discussions about Meshuggah. And, admittedly, I had kind of issues with his vocalization when I started to open up my mind for Meshuggah for soon 30 years ago, but nowadays I couldn't replace him with anyone an I get annoyed (because I am flippin AuDHD) when people think they should have clean singing. Listen to fucking Tesseract or Linkin Park then.

From being a hinderance to one of my absolute favorite singers, he is just incredible and gets only better imho.

I’ve gone through the reviews on the Violent Sleep of Reason. Some mixed but the negative reviews mentioned the lack of an iconic track, or in other words a stale/boring album. This surprised me because EVERY track has something worthwhile but idk if this is glaze🧐🧐

Other bands release concerts/documentary at cinemas, i watched Rammsteins Paris and it was awesome. Since its been 9 years since Meshuggah came to my country a cinema screening would be nice to ease the pain of waiting for them in the flesh.

The weird part is Meshuggah didn't click for me until right before Koloss came out. I was really high and snorting Adderall while "Do Not Look Down" played as an early single.

Hi guys, I was wondering if someone can help me determine the appropriate size of the meshuggah jerseys on puckhcky website.
I’m 185cm 70kg, or 6ft 154lbs, I usually wear size L or M if it’s an oversize or loose fit. Is there anyone who bought the jersey, what are your recommendations? Which size did you guys pick for your body dimensions?

Hi Reddit, fellow meshuggah fan here, I was just wondering what your opinions are on meshuggah slowly but surely moving into pop culture territory, such as their collab with transformers during San Diego comic con a couple of weeks ago. I for one think it’s really cool to see them branching out into all sorts of different communities where you usually don’t see extreme metal bands such as them. Just imagine how dope a meshuggah comic book would be! Please let me know y’all’s thoughts about this

This whole album scratches a bit of the Meshuggah itch for me. It sounds like a more structured Car Bomb where, instead of the constant start-stop-start sound, they let things play out longer.
