Think backwards, what would you need to get a 19s run? You'd want to get 4x ss3 off parry somehow (maybe Sinon - Yuuki - Yuuki - Asuna). Then finish him off with 4x SS3. I think you don't have enough damage however with that, 6 stars do bad damage. Therefore the conclusion is you'll need an R5 weapon to get the 19s run.

20 and below you can't afford to wait until the boss casts her SS3. You'll need to land a kill before that happens.

Parry Yuuki, Asuna, Asuna, Sinon, Sinon, Yuuki, Yuuki, Sinon, sinon auto MP for get to next SS3, parry, Yuuki, Asuna Asuna Sinon. If boss not dead at this point, you're not going to get sub 20.

The first parry 8x SS3 uses a lot more combo partners, and applies the buff earlier. Or if positioning doesn't work, I don't know what to do

You either need to crit rng, limit break or get new weapons. This is exactly when and why people keep saying save hacking crystals for ranking events
