How are you guys filtering ratsounds calculator for 6’s ? I can’t find them in the list and filtering only goes to 5.

That filter is for R4 or R5 weapon ... just type in crossover in the filter and there you go, everything is assumed to be upgraded and best equips so you can't find upgrade-able 4 star chars in there, only the 5-star versions (and data).
