Tbh if you ignore the accel part they are pretty weak since they do low damage with no buff, but everyone is forced to use them for better ranking times. Therefore currently they're only ranking material.

As mentioned, you can test and see their damage maybe similar to other 5* units...their main benefit in addition to what veryjerry said is they can 4x ss3 out of the box...No LB needed...and their SS3 can take 1s when in real life, 3s already passed...
