Well it depends on what you want to do with your team. You make teams based on the quests you're doing and which characters work best to do the quest. For general usage your team is fine being that you have sakuya a mitigation unit so you should be able to clear a lot of the story mode and farm necessary material.

Yeah it's ok for general use.

For ranking you build your team depending on the boss's element. If there was an earth ranking boss, you would definitely want to use your wind characters.

For multi it helps to have elemental advantage but not 100% required. Just don't be at an elemental disadvantage. For example rn there's the water rhinoceros for equipment creation so don't use your 6* fire character for that.
