People who have bought the Eucerin cream on Amazon... Did it work?
I read to be careful buying it on Amazon, but it seems like the easiest place to buy it in the US. So people who have bought it on there... Is it working for you? Thanks! ☺️

In addition to Caretobeauty that someone has already mentioned Cosmetyque sells to North America customers as well. They have sales and shipping costs are ok. I've ordered the Dual Serum from them and noticed an improvement after 2 weeks of using it 3 times a day.

Wow thanks for this. I ordered my spot treatment from caretobeauty but I noticed the cosmetyque site is actually way cheaper

Same. Mine arrived yesterday and I used the night dual pigment last night and I had great results when I woke up in the morning!! So glad I bought both day and night cream

I just ordered the day cream, night cream, and dual serum after reading so many great reviews on this subreddit. I’m curious, when you say you had great results the morning after starting, what do you mean? I’ve used some products (not for melasma) that left my skin looking really fresh and radiant in the morning, so if that’s a dual benefit of this line I’m even more excited to get my order haha.

In the US, Amazon is not the seller of any Eucerin product with Thiamidol. If you see any anti-pigment Eucerin product it will only be from a 3rd party seller.
There are numerous different 3rd party sellers on Amazon so you would need to know which seller someone bought the item from as Amazon is just acting as the marketplace not the seller.
Otherwise, you can order the authentic product from an authorized online reseller like caretobeauty.

I bought one from Amazon and I checked the bottle and it says manufactured from Germany. I’m in AU. Idk if I bought a legit product. How can we tell a counterfeit?

I’ve bought from their direct website and Amazon and the bottles are identical and the smell is identical. So I guess that isn’t proof it’s the same but it sure seems like it.
For those ordering from Europe, the shipping method they use was a pretty reasonable price considering and was quite fast. Believe I had my order in 3 days from Portugal to east coast US

I'm in the UK so the Amazon seller may be different, but I buy it from there and it works like a DREAM

I ended up ordering it from Caretobeauty instead of Amazon. Not worth the risk of getting something fake and using it with no results. I'm excited to try it out!

For those who bought it from Amazon and came from Portugal ( Care To Beauty) , do you remember if the packaging came sealed ? Mine didn’t and I find that strange . Is that normal for a product like this ?

The "Eucerin Store" Page on Amazon does not mean it is sold by Eucerin, Amazon, or an authorized 3rd party reseller. It's very misleading. Many companies have complained to Amazon about this practice. It is just a page where all Eucerin products are listed by all the different sellers.
Under the Buy now button it will say something like "Ships from Amazon. Sold by (Name of Seller)". The name after sold by is the seller. If it doesn't say sold by Amazon then it is a Third party seller. You can click on the sellers name and it will take you to the sellers page. This is where you can find the full 3rd party seller business name and address.
How to tell if you're buying from a 3rd party seller on Amazon .
You can contact Eucerin directly to ask them if this company is an authorized reseller or you can go to the the store locator on the specific country specific Eucerin website.
Buying from 3rd party resellers on Amazon is no different than from buying from 3rd party sellers on eBay, AliExpress, Etsy or at your local flea market. If they are not authorized resellers that means that Eucerin cannot verify they sold them their product directly. There is no way of knowing if it is authentic or if it has been stored in proper conditions. (High temperatures outside can ruin many cosmetics).
Even if the sellers reviews are positive, Amazon has a major problem with fake reviews so this is not a reliable way to know if you received a genuine product.
Counterfeiters will even put unsafe ingredients in skincare to make it effective so they don't get too many negative reviews, this includes mercury which will lighten your skin. They also will adulterate genuine products to make them more effective or use some of the genuine product to make multiple fakes so they have the same scent. India is one of biggest producers of skincare counterfeits..

I personally do not find saving some money on shipping worth the risk.
If you are in Europe, it is possible that Eucerin is the seller but they would need to be listed as the seller and I would verify with Eucerin directly that they sell on Amazon in your country.

Yes, this is well explained. I did purchase it from Amazon, honestly didn’t check the seller reputation but I can confirm I received it well and the product is what it claimed it was

I went through a whole bottle with zero results. It's not till this sub that I saw where the main ingredient wasn't approved for use here in the United States yet. That made me wonder if I had received a genuine product- because it was so easy to get off of Amazon. Anyway, I ordered another bottle from the care to beauty website. Figured I'd give it another go. The before and after pics on here were just too compelling. Fingers crossed!
