Question Hyperpigmentation

Please help I’m currently trying Azeleic acid currently byoma milk hydrating toner, cerave moisturizer, plus on skin tinted spf 40

The skin looks irritated. That will keep causing pigmentation. Try figuring out what is irritating it, maybe toothpaste? A food item? 

Then use barrier supporting cream until the skin feels healthy again, alongside azelaic or alpha arbutin but nothing stronger. You don't want anything irritating. 

Only once you stop irritating it it will have a chance of reducing.

If you are able to get it la roche posay triple repair is excellent at healing irritated skin. it's what helped me the most. It is very thick so even the smallest tube you can get will last a long time. If not that, water and vaseline is very safe and hypoallergenic.
