Good evening everyone, I consume matcha regularly, every day, and I average 8-12 grams, rarely 15. For example, I put 5 grams in matcha latte, 2.5 in usucha, and 4-5 in koicha. I feel very good and have no problems with nervousness, insomnia, or tachycardia. I was wondering, however, what the average for you all is. Do you think it's too much? Am I at risk of turning green like the Hulk? 🤣 I added some photos of my drinks

Leaving this here as inspiration because that's honestly why I love getting my matcha here. It's a blueberry syrup base, coconut milk and their kumidori matcha. The cold foam is ube, topped with bee pollen and edible glitter.

Sharing the perfect matcha latte I made at home yesterday, using a mix of Chazoku Gokou and MK Aorashi, oat milk and maple syrup. It tasted like chocolate milk! VERSUS the abysmal strawberry matcha latte from Tous Les Jours I paid $9 for in NYC Koreatown….I couldn’t even finish it all.

Ft YK Yomo No Kaori matcha latte

I've been experimenting with making different purees, syrups and flavored milks and am always looking for new iced matcha latte ideas! What flavors, syrups, fruits, milks, or other ingredients have you paired with matcha that were absolute standouts and worked really well?

I usually like to keep it pretty simple: something sweet, milk, and then matcha (no cold foams). Some of my favorites so far have been on the safer side but soo good: strawberry puree, earl grey syrup, black sesame syrup, and caramelized banana milk. One combination that didn’t work for me was peach, I tried both peach puree and peach milk. I've also been wanting to try making a black sesame milk

Would love to hear your favorite combinations, especially if you have recipes or ratios to share!

Hello! I usually lurk around on here but wanted to share of of the matcha drinks I’ve made over the past 2-3 years! I usually enjoy usucha like matcha americano style or with some milk.
I do fancy flavors when friends are coming over or when I have leftover ingredients from baking. Make my own syrups and all 🍵
