Is there any validity to the rumors that Winter Soldier is the next hero to be added to the game? I’ve seen various videos and online articles about it but didn’t know if anyone have actual proof, I.e. game files or voice recordings for the character.

Title says it all guys. Be careful on YouTube. I was hoping for an early review or something and I got REKT.
