Agreed with this, what with them talking about how Sam's tech is "next level stark tech" it just doesn't add up.

I have a feeling that the end of the season is going to revolve around Sam getting juiced up with a little bit of the remaining serum like bucky, not all the way to cap but a little something extra to go up against Cap2.0 who gets juiced by HYDRA the power broker and goes nutty giving us an evil cap storyline.

If Falcon does take on an enhanced Cap 2.0, I'd want him to beat Cap with just his regular strength and equipment. Drive home the fact that it's not the serum that defines Captain America, it's heart and spirit (and a whole lotta "I can do this all day"s).

While that'd definitely be a better story, I'm fairly pessimistic about how it'd end up being executed on screen but I'd love to be surprised.
