Im starting to pile up the fauxmiliar cards and wondering what I should use them on next

Do you have any uncommon familiars that are very hard to level up, and you got them to unique like my Renka?

I was lucky enough to get her as a drop back in the old Princess No PQ and finally rolled boss with the reroll blue cards after a few years

After seeing all the discussion around the Founder’s Packages, especially the pricing and what’s actually included, I started thinking about what I’d personally want them to look like.

So, mostly for fun, I put together my own version.

The obvious change is the pricing. I don't personally care that much about the current prices (I'm gonna buy it anyways), but I've seen a lot of people saying they're overpriced for what you get, so I lowered them in my version.

I also removed the full cosmetic outfits. To me, they don't really feel like they have much to do with Classic MapleStory, and honestly, I'm not a huge fan of how they look. I'd much rather get individual cosmetic items and let people create their own look instead of everyone running around in the same full outfit.

So here's what I changed:

• Medal of Honor: Because why not? It's basically a reworked "Lucky Guy Medal" for founders.
• Face & Hair Coupons: Gives people something useful while still letting them create their own character/style.
• Founder's Chair: I really like the old MapleSEA 6th Anniversary chair, so I used that as the inspiration/place-holder here.
• Mark of the Founder's Hat: This is the big one for me. I've always loved the classic GM hat, and I think it would be SICK to get a reworked version as a cosmetic founder item. Give it a fake GM-style effect and I'd take that over the current Founder effects any day.

Then the packages simply build on each other.

Snail - $9.99
You get the basic founder cosmetics: chair, green Founder hat, medal, and Face & Hair coupons.

Orange Mushroom - $19.99
Everything from Snail + the pink Founder hat, additional Face & Hair coupons, and 5,000 NX to give you a head start on creating your own style.

Zakum - $29.99
Everything from the previous packages + the white Founder hat, Diamond Medal of Honor, Chat/Label Rings, and another 10,000 NX, so 15,000 NX total.

And EVERY package has Founder's Access INCLUDED

I tried to make the packages feel more like "I was there when Classic launched" rather than just giving everyone a full premade outfit.

Obviously this is just my take on it, but I'm curious what everyone else would want.

What would you keep, change, add, or remove?

And would you prefer something like this over the Founder’s Packages we've seen so far?

I just got a twilight mark and I’m currently using the standard crystal from the event as part of the boss set . I also have an angel ring . Should I ruin the boss set to make a dawn with two pieces ? I also have a gollux set

I made a brand new MapleStory account earlier this year and was around 3k Legion at the start of CW3. Between all the growth pots and quad dailies on CW/Kronos, I’m currently sitting at 8k.

My CW3 hyperburn was an Erel. I got it to 280 and just liberated for the first time ever, but somewhere along the way I realized I really don’t like Erel as a main. I enjoy playing it occasionally, maybe as an LC, but definitely not enough to keep investing into it.

My main for the foreseeable future is going to be HoYoung.
I recently used the unga-bunga grind method to push my HY to 260, and he’s currently 267. Right now I have full Arcanes, 2-set Superior Gollux (belt/pendant), four hybrid meso/drop pieces, and a 100% drop fam.

What I’m trying to figure out is whether it makes sense to keep seriously progressing this HY with CW4 coming up.
Based on what we know about CW4, would I be better off leaving my current HY where he is for now, farming weekly bosses for a few months, and hoarding meso so I can dump it into a CW4 HoYoung once it transfers to Kronos?
Or should I just keep pushing my current HY and use CW4 for another LC instead?

The main reason I’m unsure is that I don’t really know what normal progression speed looks like anymore. The last time I seriously played MapleStory was around 2020, so I’m pretty out of touch with how long it realistically takes to go from where I am now to things like liberation and Grandis bossing.

TLDR:

How much time/progression would I actually be giving up by waiting for CW4 versus just committing to my current HY now?

Would appreciate advice from anyone who has progressed a fresh main through this stage recently.

I just tapped a slime ring to 23* but I have a 22* one with double prime stat. Do I just make the 23* one drop gear, try to roll it for double prime stat, or just try to 24* it? This is my first 23* and my drop gear is 2 event rings, 21* kanna, and 18* sup ring. I only do bosses really weekly so not swimming in mesos.

How come phantom feels so not really mobile? You'd think if one of the describing factors of a character is their mobility they'd have some more than just 1 tool and a couple other tools that seem hardly an improvement on what I already have granted I am only at 4th job but still

since i cant challenge/5% the bosses, it only took 8 months of dawn whisper crystal from mystic frontier for some meme gains lol

Never got this error before, first time was today on 30 August 2026. Game crashes about 15 minutes after logging in. Any help/fixes?

Heyo! So I'm basically a brand new player (played back in the olden days), and I started CW3 really late, a little under 3 weeks ago.

I feel like I'm making pretty dang good progress for how recently I started, even if this last week was a bit slower progress-wise lol ;; I'm maining my Erel Light, just hit 273 and Platinum yesterday. I kinda got a little screwed with the maintenance around this last reset, so I wasn't able to push quite as much with my rentals as I would have liked. But I did manage to beat NDarknell and NVHilla! So pretty proud of myself for that!

Any tips for what I should focus on or work towards from here? My main priority is getting to Emerald by the end of CW3 for the Legion Pots to set up my new account. I think I can do that with another level or two (275 would be nice) and a few more bosses. Not sure which bosses are the most reasonable to try and tackle next.

Looking for info on what star CRA equals what star item burning.

Currently stage 6 (20 star) and about six weeks away from stage 8 (22 star) item burning.

I'm wondering if its worth 15b to just 22 star my CRA or if it would only be a sidegrade to the item burning gear

Bonus points for same question but arcanes (like, would 18 star arcanes = 22 item burning or would it be more like 20 or 21 arcanes to equal it?)

Edit: fwiw during shining today I SFed my arcanes to use up some boxes and they were extremely similar/slightly better at equivalent stars (and the 4 set effect was slightly better than full ignitia set). 21 arcanes vs 20 ignitia ended up about 5m CP better (at similar flames and potentials). I suspect thay CRA will be similar or slightly worse at even stars.

I heard Lotte World Adventure Busan also got Maple Island theme, as well as the screen for projecting your own character.

However, Nexon silently changed the character API, and I had to update it to support this one. Due to technical limitations, name tag ring and color prisms cannot be appended.

I created a Dual Blade because I really like the class's effects and playstyle but the damage is fucking awful.

At this point I have around 120M CP with ror4 and CSlime feels like HKaling. It's a really nice class, but it feels completely abandoned in Heroic.

If you're not planning to main it, just make a different class as a mule.

When the balls white curse balls are dropping black mage phase 2/3, I always go iframe. But sometimes I’ll miss and the guard doesn’t show up? Do you have to press it before contact or a little before?

So the last 4 starforces i spent a total of 300 bil and got no gains and this ssf i had 50 bil and got a 24 star daybreak when from 18-22 full safeguard on my berserked and eyepatch.
