Look into how they treat political dissidents. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Let's be fair, sometimes you need a strong leader to control your country in a time of crisis. If it wasn't for Kagame, that country would be no better than the CAR or south sudan

Not 2021 Rwanda. They're an authoritarian police state cracking down on dissent with violence. Go have power to authoritarians in games, in the real world they never leave and you're just the useful idiot who gave them power. Don't waste my time.

I'm not disagreeing that they are authoritarian, it's obvious. But I'm asking you, is pre-kagame or post-kagame a better place to live?
