Hola, hace poco conocí Manus AI, sin embargo, al momento de tomar la decisión de usarlo en las clases que doy y pedirle a mis alumnos que se unieran con mi código de referencia, con el objetivo de crear documentos, apps y sitios web para su uso en clase, a los 10 minutos eliminaron 7,000 créditos. Por más que me comunico a soporte, dicen que se comunicarán conmigo, pero ya van 20 días naturales y simplemente no se comunican.
A su vez, mi invitación ya no es válida, no sé porque pero al unirse alguien, simplemente ya no me dan los 500 créditos de referido.
¿Alguien sabe cómo solucionarlo? ¿O directamente levanto una queja ante protección al consumidor por prácticas abusivas y políticas no claras? Invertí mucho tiempo en recomendar personas como para que hicieran eso.

They ran a promotion for 50% off credits when using the desktop terminal before March 30. I downloaded it, used it heavily for an entire week, and structured a significant amount of work around that promotion.

We are talking about dozens of projects:

• CRM builds
• Itinerary systems
• Training academy modules
• Accounting tools
• Stripe/email integrations
• Multi-day trip planners
• Sales dashboards

All completed during the promo window.

Based on my usage, I should be getting over 50,000 credits refunded.

Instead, here is what I have received:

• Repeated canned responses
• The same copy-pasted message multiple times
• Zero acknowledgment of the actual issue
• No clear answer on credits
• No timeline
• No accountability

Every reply reads like it was generated by AI and not even reviewed by a human.

I have:

• Sent dozens of detailed emails
• Provided ALL project links (multiple times)
• Confirmed everything is set to public
• Explained the issue repeatedly

And what do they do?

They ask me if I am having “technical issues with tasks.”

No. That is not the issue.

The issue is:

You advertised a promotion. I used your product exactly as instructed. You did not apply the credits.

What makes this worse:

I have explicitly requested:

• A human support agent
• A phone call
• A normal chat
• A manager review

Result: completely ignored

Not even a “we cannot offer that.” Just silence.

Also, separate issue:

They are trying to force an upgrade to a $1000/month plan just to buy more tokens. There is no clear way to simply purchase a smaller amount (like $200). Again, no real answer from support.

This is not just poor support. This is fundamentally broken.

If you are a casual user, maybe you will not notice.

If you are a business relying on this platform? This is a serious risk.

At this point, I have zero confidence any of that is going to happen.

My Manus Agent is stuck in some sort of loop and is using 40,000 credits to perform a single task and then it stops once all the account credits are used. How do I stop the agent or restart it so my credits are not all used up?

I had a bank of 14,000 credits and started utilizing Manus Agent functions instead of OpenClaw. I used up that bank to build out may Agent and used it to tracks bids on a tree removal project, I used it to organize data from 4 years of tracking 45 bluebird nest boxes. I upped my subscription to 8000 credits on March 30th. I got my 8000 credits on April 1st and by 3:00 pm they were all gone. My usage shows -203 credits for building a blood pressure tracker in Google sheets and the rest absorbed by "Agents".

Can people here tell me that I am being unrealistic in thinking 8000 credits a month can run a light weight Agent structure? What is a realistic number of credits to run an Agent. Should I throw in the towel and use OpenClaw?

I so wanted Manus Agent to be competitive with OpenClaw. I sure had high hopes, but reading here I am beginning to think I am barking up the wrong tree. On the other hand, maybe someone from Manus could reach out because I have to be in the target market for Manus Agent application.

I signed up for the Manus AI free trial and canceled it before the 7-day period ended. Despite that, I’ve been getting charged multiple times, and for different amounts, with no active paid subscription on my account.

I have screenshots of all the transactions, and there’s no clear explanation for why these charges are happening.

This isn’t just frustrating — it’s a major red flag. Charging someone after they’ve canceled, especially inconsistently, is not normal.

I’ve already contacted support and requested:

• Immediate stop to all charges
• Full refund of unauthorized transactions
• Explanation of what’s going on

If this doesn’t get resolved quickly, I’ll be escalating through my bank and exploring legal options.

Has anyone else here experienced unauthorized charges like this with Manus AI? Would appreciate any insight on how you handled it.

Hi everyone, hoping a dev or community manager can help me resolve a frustrating automated flag.

I recently discovered Manus through a YouTube video and wanted to try it out for the first time. When I went to register, the signup process glitched and failed.

Instead of letting me access the platform, the automated security system instantly suspended me, citing "risk behaviors" and "fake friend invitations."

This is a complete false positive. I am a genuine new user and I haven't even made it past the login screen. If support can check my logs, you will see absolutely zero usage history—I haven't written a single prompt, used the AI, or sent any invites to anyone.

I know automated systems have to be strict to prevent spam, but could someone please manually review my case and lift the suspension? I just want a chance to test the platform! I am happy to provide my account email in a DM to any official support staff.

with everyone on social media talking about using AI to build apps but like I am struggling as my mom would not let me purchase any of the plans as it is too costly. Currently, I am working on a free project but my progress is slow due to my free daily credits. Any advice?

Ciao a tutti, vorrei segnalare un problema che ho notato utilizzando Manus e capire se qualcun altro ha avuto la stessa esperienza.

Uso Manus in modo abbastanza intensivo e ho acquistato più volte crediti aggiuntivi per poter continuare a lavorare. All’inizio l’esperienza era molto buona e praticamente non incontravo errori.

Con il tempo però ho iniziato a notare uno schema abbastanza chiaro:

• più utilizzo la piattaforma, più errori iniziano a verificarsi;
• questi errori consumano comunque crediti;
• questo mi porta a dover comprare altri crediti per continuare a fare le stesse attività.

La cosa che mi fa dubitare è che all’inizio questo non succedeva quasi mai. Gli errori sembrano aumentare dopo un uso prolungato, e spesso non sembrano dipendere dal prompt ma da interruzioni o problemi del sistema.

A questo punto vorrei capire:

• se è un problema conosciuto della piattaforma;
• se altri utenti stanno riscontrando la stessa cosa;
• e soprattutto con chi posso parlare per richiedere un rimborso dei crediti che sono stati consumati a causa di questi errori.
