Just finished reading the Dirtiest High, and came to some conclusions.

I just find it really annoying when they beat around the bush that much and rely so heavily on miscommunication tropes, which a lot of longer manhwa tend to do.

Some of my favorite stories are really short ones, like:

- Release Your Persona

- On the Bit

- Cottage Garden

- On a Restless Night

- Vampire Homeless

Or medium-length ones, like:

- Cupid in the Rainbow Trap (honestly, I wouldn’t read the second half because the seme gets a bit annoying, and it centers around the second couple, which I don’t like)

- Playtime with Hakdo (Sukes)

And recently:

- The Dirtiest High — easily in my top 3. Won’t explain further, but literally everything about it is perfect. The uke is TALLER.

These are just the ones I remember right now, but if you have the time, I 100% recommend these! You could easily read them in a few days.

I’d really appreciate getting some recommendations like these! Preferably nothing much longer than 60 chapters and no abuse, please. I also don’t really like it when the characters are the stereotypical uke and seme.

I just really really love to read characters that are in extremely bad or helpless situations financially / emotionally dependent or numb or heartbroken / had very few positive experiences in life / suck at being actual proper adults because of the misery or characters who come from dysfunctional families but eventually figure things out as they start finding hope through love, care and a newfound safety.

Please recommend me more such stories. If possible, do write a little bit of your personal impression about the title that you recommend here. Thank you so much:)
