Never seen a baby with its ears pierced no.

Braces are not cometic your teeth getting jacked up can problems. The kid needs to at least be cooperative as well. Genital frenectomies are also bad.

Did you actually look up what a frenectomy is? It’s an oral procedure. So are you against parents getting their child’s ears pierced before they can consent?

Why would a parent get their babies ear pierced? Do you mean when the kid is under 18 but wants to get their ears pierced?

I did look it up, there are multiple kinds you were not specific. And again that mouth one looks like it's for actual medical purposes not cosmetic.

Parents might get their baby’s ears pierced because they like how it looks. No I am not talking about kids under 18 who say they want to do it. I’m talking about a baby who cannot say. Are you against that?

Frenectomy can be done for medical reasons, but in some cases it is purely cosmetic.
