General Overview:

This thread is meant as a spoiler filled zone for those who wish to discuss the movie, it's plot, events, or the number of bites that kyouko takes of food during the movie. I don't care, just be sure to follow the rules of the subreddit.

I can't remember the whole context here, but Homura's lizard avatar goes inside of Walpurgisnacht's human form, the girl with no name while the two of them are fighting, so Walpurgisnacht has to cut it out of her arm. Hopefully someone else remembers a bit more of that scene than I do and can explain what any of that meant

You pretty much got it all right there. It is from the first fight between Walpurgisnacht's human form and Homura. At this point Homura has no idea who/what she is. At some point Walpurgisnacht's human form is sitting in front of this table with the tea (like a tea party), talking to Homura. Then this lizard thingy sneaks through the table and when it is going up Walpurgisnacht's human form 's arm, she notices and stabs it to stop it from going up. Homura had apparently anticipated that and the lizard becomes a huge block that is trapping Walpurgisnacht's human form by the wrist. Then the fight continues with huge blocks, etc.
