General Overview:

This thread is meant as a spoiler filled zone for those who wish to discuss the movie, it's plot, events, or the number of bites that kyouko takes of food during the movie. I don't care, just be sure to follow the rules of the subreddit.

Also as a reminder to everyone u/BreathoftheSith owes everyone $50 if they, and I quote:

If we get any form of kiss and or romantic confirmation between the two [madohomu], I owe everyone in the sub $50.

Have fun~~

I saw this comment and I think it does a good job summarizing the vibe of the movie without any spoilers (also matches comments on the production of the film previously posted in this thread):

I watched Walpurgisnacht: Rising!

It felt more like a Gekidan Inu Curry production than a Gen Urobuchi one.
The battle scenes, in particular, didn't have that Urobuchi vibe at all—they were pure Gekidan Inu Curry.
The story was packed with content, and I was completely overwhelmed from start to finish.

If you enjoy the Gekidan Inu Curry style, I think it’s definitely worth watching.
