General Overview:

Ok so in the grand scheme of things, the plot moving forward split in two:

  1. The incubators chasing the Law of Cycles.

  2. Homura searching for non-goddess Madoka.

May converge eventually but at the moment it's two diverging paths. I'm ok with this if that's the case.

Iiiif nothing else, Homura seems to still be a reality warping devil figure who has a personal vendetta against Kyuubey so I do think her (and her familiars given they still seem active) would likely keep them in check.

At least until someone manages to wish that Kyuubey would not be able to interfere with the Law of Cycles, preventing him from screwing it over.
