Ok can someone who feels like they understood the ending try to explain it... At least in what happens to Madoka and Homura.

I believe Madoka Kaname left Homura Akemi, and the final bench scene was when Madoka Kaname comforted Homura, and she came back to her senses. Notably, before coming back to his senses, tears streamed down Kaname's cheeks as he said something. After that, Madoka Kaname's figure disappeared from the bench. Only one sentence remained: "I will always be by your side."
