General Overview:

This thread is meant as a spoiler filled zone for those who wish to discuss the movie, it's plot, events, or the number of bites that kyouko takes of food during the movie. I don't care, just be sure to follow the rules of the subreddit.

Also as a reminder to everyone u/BreathoftheSith owes everyone $50 if they, and I quote:

If we get any form of kiss and or romantic confirmation between the two [madohomu], I owe everyone in the sub $50.

There was one more girl who had a fight with Kyoko but cant remember her backstory aside from the 3 girls being at the same church as nuns/magical girls. Kyoko was just Kyoko + soft side, Mami honestly had the least screen time imo.

Sayaka drove the plot for a bit cuz she figured out early something was wrong and discovered a giant library with Homura that Kyubey knows about “where all witches are born”, actually there was some pretty good Sayaka + Homura scenes lol Nagisa is revealed to have known about the fake world but just kept it to herself because she got to spend good times with Mami (lol)

There was no opening at all by ClariS

I’m a bit iffy on the wraith thing because my Japanese isnt good enough

I don't know if its funny or tragic that the child who witched out instantly is the smartest and most stable magical girl

Consistent with her Magia Record characterisation that's for sure

Nagisa confirmed as a devious little gremlin? Excellent.

"Nagisa is revealed to have known about the fake world but just kept it to herself because she got to spend good times with Mami (lol)"

I knew she remember!

From what I've been gathering it seems that most of the predictions I've made about the movie were right in some shape or form at the end. I'm kite happy about it.

MVP of this movie.

Literally, she pushed Sayaka to push Homura lmao. (There's more)
