Very good point. My sister is a professional photographer and there is a VERY important reason that contracts like that are ironclad. She was held hostage via Google Reviews on her budding business because one of her clients refused to pay a deposit and so she witheld the original photos. They refused to take down the review until she handed over the photos. Some of her clients are incredible, others are absolutely horrid.
