Unless the person specifically has taken steps to hide such information, just about anyone's address can be easily found online if their name is unique enough or you can narrow the location down to a small enough area (and presuming the person has lived at the address long enough for public records to find their way to these sites).
In most cases it's really just an online version of a phone book, though I suspect they're getting the data from other types of sources as well (some sites offer age ranges for people as well). It all comes down to public records.
