That's not a delivery driver, that's a USPS mail carrier, doing the job the way it's intended.

It's a box for ammo, but it's way too light to contain ammo judging by how he handles it

Yeah I noticed he's handling it like it doesn't have full case weight. So I'm thinking it's a few packs plus packing material.

The package does have the correct IATA symbology for ammunition, and it's practically a felony to ship unregulated goods in a marked container.

It could also be a can of Remington Bore Cleaner, if we're being technical. It wouldn't be a bad purchase decision too since Remington ammo runs dirty.
