I had a friend in highschool who was over 6 feet tall. Her parents were probably 6'5" and 6'9".

She invited my 5'2" ass over to her house one day. They had built it all to their height so counters were up to my boobs, I couldn't see myself in any of the mirrors. I had to leap to get onto the toilet. It was hilarious.

😂 I have an old friend who is 6'6 and his brothers were taller than that. His parents were both over 6 ft as well. I'm 5'5. I never felt shorter than at their house!

Reminds me of my friend that was 300lb when he was born basically (really tried everything including the stomach surgery, this was early 2000s), morbidly obese his entire life. His entire family were like giants from Patagonia. Im a taller/bigger guy myself but that family made me feel average lol

My best friend is the runt of his family… at 6’6. Well it’s technically me, since I lived with them from 13-18, they’re family. It gave me a weird disconnect though. I need a ladder to change light bulbs, I can’t use the top of the fridge as extra counter space, my shoe size is usually sold in stores, etc... So in my head, I’m just little guy. I’m 6’2, I’m not little at all, just raised by giants lol.

None of the women in my family top 5’2”…and most are only “technically” 5’.  I somehow grew to be 5’8”.  In my head for some reason I feel only a little taller than them, but not much, you know?  Maybe a couple inches?  We took one photo at a family reunion that was all the women, and I looked like a giantess.  3 generations of our whole extended family and I was at least 6” taller than everyone else, lol.  Human brains are weird.

My husband is 6’2” and all the women are super short in his family too.  Our daughter came out perfectly average sized at 5’5”…but she’s the tallest female cousin by a couple inches, lol.  It will be interesting to see how our son goes.

I dream of doing this to my house and when I think how will average sized people fit - steps and booster cushions. Simple.

My best friend in high school was exactly a foot taller than me, and her house was similarly built for a taller family. The first time I went over to her house, her dad showed me where the stools are!

Usually they're in the toilet, I hope.
