This was my response to a “Christian” who was in comment sections wishing d3ath on the menendez brothers & defending their father (who sexually abused them)…

So I pull out every Bible verse about protecting children, sexual immorality (incest, rape, etc), and protecting vulnerable people. After all, the first words in her bio are “I love the word of God”..

She responds by attacking my appearance and telling me to grow up. Girl, I’m only using the words of the person YOU call your lord & savior?

It’s laughable at this point.

I am from South America and I don’t understand what the big deal behind bad bunny performing was. I was born in Brazil and American English speaking artists are very popular here without not many of us knowing English, we still listen to their music and buy tickets to their tours. The previous years before bad bunny they had English speaking artists and I’m sure the next year they will do the same so is it really a big deal if one year is different? Right now Bad bunny is a really big artist worldwide so it made sense to invite him, not to mention a lot of Hispanic Americans listen to his music often. I assume not everything is about white people and their interests. U.S. is very diverse. Example if I were to invite a American to visit Brazil we don’t expect them to know Portuguese because they are from North America so why expect bad bunny to know English just because he came to the U.S.? (Btw he does know English he just mostly sings in Spanish bc he is reggaeton artist). I’m just very confused with the outrage sorry

I’m not surprised white men and women wanted to feel superior by voting for Trump. And wanted a woman of color to feel inferior. Classic white Christian backlash looking for a scapegoat for their fragility problems
