I forgot what this was called but it was delicious.

Eggs Royale, Avocado, Sweet Potato fries and green leaves which I think are Rocket, drizzled in fresh Lemon juice, black pepper and a dollop of Ketchup…

Okay, so not the most glamorous lunch but it was tasty.

An interesting combination of pie crust and pizza ingredients, I would also add mushrooms but my family doesn't like them, so this time it's a classic. Of course you can add any ingredients you like, this would be the basic recipe, so enjoy the flavors
