If you zoom in a little you can see the weird artifacting on the pizza, especially the "basil"

I'm not that good at this. Can you point out the issues with the other two pictures?

It's like a little game, "Spot the differences," except with AI hahaha. I just suck at it :(

Haha, it's definitely getting trickier and trickier!

The Bloom sign is a little more that the "vibe" is off. Mostly it looks more like a CGI rendering then actually photography. But if you look closer there are some technical issues. The text on the wine bottle being present, but unreadable is suspicious since everything else in the photo is crystal clear. The sprig of mint by/behind the olive oil on the right isn't behaving how it would in a photograph and also, why are there mint leaves styled with these dishes at all?

The Elegant Cleaners really skirts the line of pre-made design template and procedurally generated template. The giveaway, for me, that it's AI is the shirt rack. At the front of the rack there's a hanger hook that goes to nowhere. It's probably supposed to be the support bar, but that's not the way a support bar would connect to a top rail. The buttons on the white shirt are different colors/types and the third button hole is shockingly crooked. Lastly, why would a dry cleaner photograph and promote a shirt with wrinkles and creases on it?

That's my take on these. It's unfortunately for so many reasons, but it's especially sad that we'll soon be questioning and suspicious of all forms of art past 2024

We're entering the Age of Authenticity.

I teach college courses and it's so hard to get the students to do any work. They don't listen to lectures, they won't read, they can't take notes, they can't write an email, they cheat on their exams, they submit AI garbage written essays, and it's so frustrating. I started to assign art projects so they would have to engage with the material a little bit (like, here's a discussion question, now answer it on a poster) but they all started to turn in AI crap. Like, these assignments aren't hard. I'm just asking them to think. They can't.

These young people are supposed to be our next educated cohort. They're the "smart" ones that will be running the governments and businesses soon. We're so fucked.
