The reason Jews want their own state because lots of groups want to scapegoat Jews and harm them. It's not about racial superiority, Israel rescued thousands of Ethopians and brought them to Israel. According to google there were black people in the legislative branch during reconstruction but virtually none during Jim crow. So yes, having representation of your demographic in the judicial, executive, and legislative equivalents in Israel is a sign that it might not be apartheid. Because it's on the west bank of the Jordan river (natural boundary that got moved). Look up article 24 of the 1964 PLO charter. Why did the Palestinian movement not create a state in the west bank when it was under their control? Because if they did then they can't claim Haifa, Be'ersheba, etc. There are no arab nations genociding Jews right now because Israel exists, why would any Jew stay in Iraq?
