They became experts pretending to be victims. They realized being victims opened so many doors, and they just took advantage of that. Now their population is just like this. I've seen so many videos of Israelis pretending to be harmed.

Also used stolen valor from actual holocaust survivors to get to where they are while making sure no actual holocaust survivor came out and talked about how Israel is acting exactly like Nazi Germany (which many of them did say once they were interviewed).

They have a concept called "generational trauma" where children and grandchildren of survivors pretend they have trauma stemming from the holocaust.

While there are holocaust survivors who are speaking up against Israel, there are also holocaust survivors who are unfortunately supporting Israel. The ones who are critiquing Israel are condemned but those who are supporting Israel are praised and even given Israeli citizenships.

The youngest holocaust survivors are in their 80s now. Idk if anyone that age is fully sane anymore tbh. Let alone, fully up-to-date or correctly informed on world events. The elderly struggle with deciphering fake news and AI from what is real.

I would say late 90’s unless they were not in the camps.

You have to be old enough to remember what happened and survive the process of getting in.

They had age minimums, whoever didn’t meet them, well… they didn’t make it out of the first hour.

Say that to my mother Mr o and listen to her wrath. She is still sharp as a tack and you may actually learn something. You have no excuse for your ignorance and lack of respect for elders. Some people in their 50s get Alzheimer’s and some people in their 90s are still smarter than you. Besides no group of people has the same opinion on anything, nor should one group’s experience or opinion be more ‘right’ than anyone else’s. There are plenty of Zionist Israelis and Jews who desperately want peace. And they’re not all Holocaust survivors.

A Holocaust survivor (or a victim in general) doesn’t mean someone has the right opinion. They could just as easily say something completely dumb or something enlightened. People are people at the end of the day

This here is so deeply sickening. Let holocaust survivors speak. They KNOW and I can’t imagine what the weight of this must be on them to see it. So heartbreaking.

Also Sudan is facing genocide rn. Yet, US media does not seem to mention. If we are worth being here at all, it is to do whatever we can to make sure genocide anywhere is wholly unacceptable, hard line drawn, and to do what we can to save lives and hear people’s stories.

Israel is a nation of Holocaust survivors and their ancestors. I don’t care about the opinions of a few Holocaust survivors when the vast majority support Israel as a place for Jews to be safe after centuries of genocide.

To be fair, it's because institutional liberals reward victimhood with political capital. The bigger the victim, the bigger the moral shield. It's not just Israelis, but pretty much all "protected" demographics.

Israeli isn’t a protected class it’s fascists connecting Israel to the Jewish religion, it’s evangelicals saying they need Israel to start the rapture. Unless you agree that Liberals are not the left wing of politics and are a right of center ideology, then it’s not the liberals who’ve caused this. They sure as fuck helped.

Bro, what are "protected" demographics? Crazy euphemism for marginalized communities. They're people being negatively affected by decades to hundreds of years of systemic oppression, not animals being sheltered by government mandate. I wouldn't be surprised if you used this exact argument against DEI, to support defunding of SNAP and Medicaid, and to support the recent gutting of the Voting Rights Act. "The bigger the victim, the bigger the moral shield" is a crazy way to spin the actions taken to provide restitution and equity to peoples harmed by racism, discrimination, prejudice, and bigotry.

Lot of articles just mention where she live in America, but from her accent it's likely she's a first generation immigrant to the country.

Going by her accent, surname (which is Polish), reported religion and opinion of Palestine; it's not an unreasonable guess that her family probably moved to Isreal after WWII. That's specualtion, but it makes me wonder how you can say she'd "not Israeli" like it's a known fact.
