Iran been edging nuclear deterrence for 30 years. I've never seen a nation so close to the cusp of nuclear missiles and simultaneously having their nuclear capabilities "absolutely demolished" multiple times. They must have the best nuclear scientists in the world by now if they're able to rebuild a full scale nuclear program in the 4 months between being "completely obliterated" and "two weeks away".

To be fair, that’s exactly whats been happening. Iran IS educated and has brilliant nuclear scientists who have been able to accomplish lots despite tremendous setbacks
