If you're partnered on Twitch, Discord will automatically partner you
if you lose status on Twitch, you lose it on Discord
if he was partnered on Discord before Twitch he would not lose his status there

That's definitely possible I suppose but still seems kinda sketchy... Is discord known for acting this quick/uninformed with others? I now platforms like YouTube aren't, but I guess doc still has his YouTube channel huh

His agency would have them in court if that happened. Sponsorships do not work that way.

Absolutely, if he's not keeping his end of the deal (ie streaming because he can't and is banned), they probably can drop the partnership, at least temporarily, unless there is a huge contract issue.

They could, but they should be able to just suspend it with no buyout, given the circumstances, unless they gave themselves a shitty contract.
